It's an old building, and the apartments aren't in perfect condition, though they are clean. On the plus side, the location is very convenient, right in the town center; check-in is automated and available 24 hours; and the coworking room makes it easy to meet business associates and work remotely. Overall, the value for the price is good.

Markets and restaurants are close by, and the location works well for getting around. The apartment is practical, and the host for Ap 602 was helpful and kind. Excellent, that's about it.

I wish I could give this negative stars. The pseudo-condominium is terribly managed. The building manager is rude and disrespectful, and Auxiliadora Predial seems to do whatever he asks when it harms a resident. Renting an apartment or Airbnb there would be a huge trap. Don't make that mistake!
