The pool and breakfast were good, and after a long debate they did let me check out late. That's why I'm giving 2/5. The room itself was okay, nothing special. The front desk staff, Diego, Livio and Patricia, seemed not to care. They gave me wrong information even though, as a Silver customer, I'm entitled to quick check-in and can request late checkout. Nobody explained basics like breakfast and pool hours when I checked in. Livio said the bar and minibar charges I'd asked about on WhatsApp weren't on my account, but they were. The first lift had a faulty screen and stopped at every floor for several seconds. Patrícia didn't seem concerned. My key card stopped working, and I had to go up and down twice because they weren't fixing it, with no concern that I was repeatedly using that faulty lift. Nobody apologized for their own mistakes or their colleagues' errors, even when I asked. The reception team needs basic training in manners and Silver member benefits.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is great. The furniture and bed linen really need an update, though. I also expected a complimentary bottle of water, but there wasn’t one.

A good place for an overnight stay near the airport. There’s usually a shuttle, but after waiting half an hour, I ended up taking a taxi.

The rooms were clean, and both breakfast and the other food were really good. The staff were kind and knew what they were doing. I’ll stay here again next time.
