The view of Rio Guaíba was the one real highlight. Unfortunately, it didn't make up for the problems with cleanliness, comfort, and the room itself. The apartment cleaning was poor, and the bathroom had visible slime on the tiles and a bad smell that made it seem as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. I asked to change rooms, but the response was unhelpful and unwelcoming. The apartments with a view look straight onto the very noisy Av. Mauá, and the sound of traffic came through the noise-reducing windows enough to seriously affect rest. The kitchen counter is tiny, so cooking is very difficult, and the pans were old and quite worn. I wouldn't stay here again.

Don't even try to stay here. It would take a lot to make it this bad. I made a reservation and paid, then found that their app wasn't working when I tried to check in. There was NOBODY available to help, either in person or remotely.

The neighborhood isn't very welcoming, with few businesses open at night or on weekends, and the lighting could be better. Still, the accommodation met my needs well. The self-service setup worked smoothly during my stay: despite some Play Store criticism of the app, it worked fine for me, as did the biometric entry. The mini-market self-service was also adequate, with the essentials.

The apartment is great and has everything I needed, but getting in and out was a struggle. Facial recognition worked at the first glass door, then denied me at the second. The only time someone helped was when the very kind employee Claison happened to see me having trouble at the entrance and updated my photo. In winter in POA, they don't replace towels unless you pay, and they don't restock toilet paper. The self-service market failed to register what I'd used, so I asked for a barcode or Pix key to pay, but got no reply after 12 hours. I also asked for a quote for August 05-09 and never heard back. No one explained at check-in that guest visits had restricted hours and required documents to be sent 24 hours in advance. Getting support is another ordeal since the team isn't in Porto Alegre. They should improve the service and explain the rules when guests arrive. Pretty on the surface, but it leaves a lot to be desired.
