Flat Casa Da Praia

The kids' area was a nice surprise, with a clean, comfortable little playground and pool. The flat is also in a great spot, close to laundries, restaurants, pharmacies and the town center. The double room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen appliances and utensils all worked well. The living room was large and comfortable, but with no air conditioning it got too hot to spend time there. The fan didn't help much. The second bedroom's single mattresses were very uncomfortable, the sheets smelled bad, and both showers barely let water through. We had to clear the holes with a toothpick. The bathrooms were very dirty and had a lot of mold. Some towels were stained and looked grimy, and having them changed only every four days was difficult since we took them on outings and they came back wet. We were left without dry towels for bathing. Communication through Booking and WhatsApp was really poor, with replies taking several days. The staff on site were much better. Rafaela from housekeeping was attentive and helpful, though she was the only cleaner, which seemed odd for a building of that size and with so many rooms. The place is acceptable for the price, but I wouldn't return.

I recommend the place and would come back when I can. The apartments are nicely decorated and well equipped, and I appreciated the small extras like liquid soap, dish detergent and a sponge in the kitchen. Overall, I’d give it an 8.5. A couple of things need attention: the shower heads should be cleaned because water sprays in every direction, and some appliances weren’t working properly.

We loved the flat and are already making plans to return next year. The staff were attentive and willing to help. It’s in a great location, close to both the beach and the town center, and I’d definitely like to stay at FLAT CASA DA PRAIA again.

The apartment's beds were good and the linens were clean, and the location was excellent, close to everything. The shower stall leaked and left the rest of the bathroom wet, and the pool was dirty and needed maintenance. Still, it worked out well overall and I’d recommend it.
