The staff were impeccable and breakfast was very good, which makes it sad to leave this review. But the room cleaning really let the place down. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled unbearable, the toilet was very dirty, and the shower walls were disgusting. I bought bleach and cleaned everything myself because I couldn't have spent all 8 days there in those conditions. The shower gave electric shocks, the drain always smelled of sewage, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.

I stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, breakfast was generous, and the location is excellent, very close to the center. My only suggestion is to give the shower stall more attention, since it could have been in better condition.

I'll admit the reviews had made me nervous, but I didn't have the bad experience people were describing. I spent 4 days there and loved it. The room was comfortable, the water wasn't yellow at all, and everything was well organized. Breakfast was wonderful, the location was really good, and the team was great. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again!

We stayed for 5 days. The flat itself is a good size and has a nice lunch area. But on the first day, we requested room service and it wasn't done, and nobody even told us. When we asked, they said they'd make it a priority the next day. All they did then was arrange the bed, which I'd already made myself. They didn't sweep or mop the floor. The water from the sink, tap, and shower was horribly yellow, and the toilet in the bathroom kept leaking.
