The location is great, just a couple of meters from the beach, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was nice too. The only downside was how noisy the air conditioner was at night.

Breakfast was so good, with everything made to order. I recommend the cuscuz with cream cheese and egg. Thiago welcomed us and made us feel at ease, and he was very polite and helpful with information about the area and suggestions for outings. The inn itself felt peaceful and cozy, with an immaculate garden. The room was simple, as you’d expect at an inn, but very clean, including the bedding and towels. It was just right for resting after a day at the beach. I’ll definitely be back!

I felt safe at Pousada Carpe Diem in Maracaípe from the moment I arrived. As a woman traveling alone, I usually feel some apprehension, but everyone welcomed me warmly, and I was comfortable walking alone at night. Thiago from the team organized my outings thoughtfully, taking care of the details so I could enjoy Porto de Galinhas, Maragogi, Carneiros, Recife, and more. The inn is very close to the beach. Maracaípe is quieter because of the currents and rougher sea, so it’s perfect if you want a peaceful spot. There are nearby beachfront restaurants with pools and live music. The Casinha na árvore is there too, with a dedicated massage area, a cool place to relax, and a massage therapist with magical hands. My breakfasts were a feast, with filled tapiocas, the famous Cartola, scrambled eggs, smoothies, cakes, and fresh bread, all lovingly prepared by the kitchen staff. Even on days I left early for outings, they had fresh tapiocas ready for me. My room with a balcony was a peaceful retreat, and being close to the pool made it easy to unwind. My stay exceeded every expectation. I’m deeply grateful to the team for making the place so welcoming. I recommend it to anyone looking for more than a comfortable place to stay, and hoping for a truly memorable experience in Porto de Galinhas.

We had a good stay, and the inn met our expectations. It’s conveniently located near Porto de Galinhas by car. The room was comfortable, with a great bed, air conditioning, and shower. Breakfast was good and had everything needed for a filling start to the day. The staff were proactive about room service: we’d leave to enjoy the day and return to a tidy, refreshed room. The kitchen ladies were lovely, and receptionist Idalécia was friendly and helpful. She was the only person who introduced herself as someone we could contact, so we missed having another point of contact when she wasn’t around, though everything went smoothly and we didn’t need anything. One of the hammocks in our unit was torn, and I nearly fell when I used it. They removed it, but said there wasn’t another one to replace it. We also wished there were a small line for drying washed beach clothes, though we managed to improvise.
