The room was comfortable and the location was good. The receptionists and kitchen staff were very helpful, but drinks for sale at reception weren’t restocked, so when they ran out, that was it. The pool wasn’t working. We waited two days, but the maintenance they promised never happened.

We had no complaints about the facilities, location, or service during our weekend stay. My concern is the public health situation in the restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several guests came in without masks and didn’t use the gloves provided for serving themselves, and the windows were shut, so the room wasn’t ventilated. Guests need guidance on these precautions, and more attention should be paid to them during a pandemic. Those are my observations.

The breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive. The room had no hangers, the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, and the TV was placed so awkwardly that we had to turn the bed around to watch it. The pool could use more attention too.

A nice pousada with a solid setup and a rustic style. The rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning, a minibar, and a king-size bed. There’s also a pool and a good breakfast.
