When we first arrived, our room smelled strongly of sewage and the bed was dirty. We complained, and they changed the sheets, but were going to leave the same blankets and pillows. We brought our own, so we refused those. The next day we moved to another room. It didn't smell of sewage, but the shower water reeked of rust, and I felt dirty after bathing. Mud was coming out of the shower too. What a terrible experience. At least the pool didn't have a strong smell. Breakfast was chaotic on the first day because another group was there, and the dining room was a mess. On a quieter day it went better. The cakes were tasty, but the bread was very hard. Meals were repetitive, usually just one kind of meat and more often chicken, so if you didn't like it, you went without, although the food was well seasoned. They only changed the menu as we were leaving. The staff were quite polite, but I think they were overloaded and there weren't enough people to keep the rooms clean. I don't blame them; they did their best at their jobs. The owners need to look urgently at the foul smelling water and hire more cleaning staff. This was misleading advertising.
