We stayed five days and would recommend it. The hotel is two blocks from the sea, with plenty of shops nearby, and the daily rate was great. There was free parking in the courtyard and in front of the hotel. The restaurant had a varied menu at fair prices, and the wet bar offered several drinks and juices. There's also a gym, though we didn't use it, plus a pool table and a foosball table. Our room was huge, with good beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, dresser, TV, and working air conditioning. The room also had a fridge, microwave, cupboard, sink, and a balcony with a clothesline. The bathroom had a glass shower enclosure and a window, with the sink outside it. The adult and children's pools were maintained daily. Breakfast stood out: juices, savory snacks, sweets, eggs, and pudding, with something different each day. It starts at 7:30. The staff were excellent.

The people working here were wonderful and welcoming. Dandara, dona Rosa, and Yuri were so lovely, and the food from Dandara and the kitchen staff was delicious and felt trustworthy. I really hope the hotel sorts out a few small things, because I'd definitely come back. We had children with us and expected fresh towels and sheets every day, but they were changed only every three days. The kids' play area was very dirty, with cockroach wings all over, and the slide had torn plastic, which seemed like a serious safety concern. The ball pit was quite dirty too. The children's pool only opens at 10 in the morning, while breakfast, which could start earlier for people going on excursions, is available from 7:30. In our room, the toilet kept running after every flush, and we had to fiddle with it to make it stop.

We liked the hotel overall, and the location was convenient. The beach was a walk of 10 minutes or less, with markets, restaurants, and shops nearby. I didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel, so I can't rate those meals. After an uncomfortable incident with a hotel employee who handled my reservation, I chose to eat at nearby restaurants and at the beach instead. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and I'd recommend the place, though I'm not sure I'd return. We stayed for three days in a ground-floor deluxe room with a mini-fridge, microwave, wardrobe and hangers, mirror, TV, air conditioning, and bathroom. A hairdryer and iron were available at reception. It was cozy for two. The receptionist, Sabrina, was very kind throughout, and the other employees were polite, though some didn't even say good morning. The microwave was quite dirty, and the blanket looked old and gave me the feeling it wasn't clean. I think changing those blankets is essential, since I've seen other comments about them too. The internet connection to the TV was so slow we couldn't watch anything, including YouTube or Netflix. We wanted to watch something when we got back from the beach or an outing to rest, but couldn't. One downside outside was the water coming out into the street by the hotel. It felt dirty around there and the water stayed in the street all day.
