The pool was nice and refreshing, and the welcome included a friendly greeting and a short tour. After that, though, the stay was a huge disappointment, unlike anything I’ve experienced after a lot of travel. The room was dirty, the amenities were in poor condition, the toilet seat was broken, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I like to sleep with the AC on in total darkness, but its light lit up the whole room at night, so bring your own blanket and eye mask if that bothers you. The food was below standard, and my whole family got food poisoning by the second day. The marketing didn’t match what we experienced.
10/10
This place isn’t fancy or sophisticated, and it’s not for a romantic getaway. The cuisine isn’t top tier, and there aren’t fancy wines or lots of different beers. But the price is fair to low for an all-inclusive stay with food and alcoholic drinks, and the hotel does that job well. The staff are very good, even if there seem to be a few too few of them. Pool staff run all kinds of games to bring guests together. Don’t expect great food or go in with high expectations, but if you’re visiting with kids or friends, you’ll likely enjoy it. I’d recommend it for a short weekend or holiday with them.
8/10
It’s a good all-inclusive resort for families, though it could offer a bit more for toddlers. The rooms are good, but the bathroom is very small. Food is okay and doesn’t change much, though there’s always a really good option. The zip line and the "arvorismo" are great.
10/10
The rooms are great, and the staff are really friendly. The atmosphere made for an amazing experience. I’ll definitely come back.
10/10
The crew are the best, and there are great drinks, a nice spot on the beach, and an amazing pool area. It’s a nice place to spend time with family, with a clean, great bedroom.
