The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the yellow water in the bathroom. I asked about it and was told it’s because the whole area around there is mangrove. Other than that, the inn is lovely and there are shops all around, including a market, pharmacy, Finni store, and plenty of others. The location is perfect, very close to Passarela do Álcool, or Passarela do Descobrimento, whichever you prefer. By Uber, it’s close to the historic center and Praia do Toa Toa. Breakfast is simple but tasty, with a good variety, and they’ll make tapioca fresh if you ask. Bruno was helpful even before my trip, sharing information and tips, and Murilo, Henrique, and all the other staff were friendly and attentive. I stayed from 15/12 to 19/12 of 2025, and I’d definitely recommend the pousada. The rooms are in a great location, too.
