We had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived until we left. I was there with my husband and our one-year-old daughter from January 25 to 31, and we have no complaints. The pool was good for spending time with the kids, and there’s a basic games room where you can still have fun. Two markets are right across from the hotel for any last-minute needs, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast had plenty of options too. The location makes it easy to get around by car. I saw lots of people paying too much for Uber, so download 99, every ride worked out cheaper. We hope to stay at this hotel again!

The reception staff really stood out during our five-day stay. Diego and Sadraque were warm, polite, and attentive, and the hotel deserves credit for choosing such good people. My wife, son, and I also loved the place: the facilities, location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all top-notch.

They say the hotel accepts pets and charge a lot for that, but there’s nowhere set aside for them. I had to keep my pet tied up at the far end of the dining room so it wouldn’t bother anyone, then staff told me rudely that I couldn’t stay there with it. When I asked where I was supposed to go after paying for the service, they only repeated that pets weren’t allowed there. The team seemed unprepared to handle this, and management came across as focused on collecting fees. The parking charge policy also isn’t clear.

Our family wants to thank Sodraque and Lorrane at reception, Fernanda from housekeeping, and the kitchen team, Sr. Célio, Dona Marta, and Dona Maria. Everyone was attentive and helpful, from the front desk to the general service staff. We had a lovely stay, with a cozy room, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped bathroom.
