It’s a quiet, comfortable, clean place, and the beach is really close. Breakfast was good too. I’d recommend this hostel to anyone staying with family.

We only stayed one night because this was a quick there-and-back trip, otherwise we would have stayed longer. The receptionist was very kind even though we hadn’t booked ahead, and there were suites available. The inn is pet friendly, which was definitely the standout for us. Pets aren’t allowed in the breakfast area or by the pool. Our suite was comfortable but on the small side, and the location near the city center was good.

The room and bathroom felt small, but the room had a minibar, air conditioning, a TV, and shelves. The blanket they provided was more like one of those throws you decorate a sofa with, and I really didn’t like that. Otherwise, I liked the inn a lot: it has a pool, though I didn’t get to use it, and the location is a big plus. It’s around 400 meters from the beach, close to the center and plenty of shops, and near Beco das Garrafas. The beach was busy but not too crowded, and Cabana da Preta had great service at a fair price. The reception has unusual decor, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Everything was very clean.

The place was spotless, and the breakfast was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. I loved being close to Beco das garrafas, the main church, and the beach.
