The first time we stayed at the inn, and we don't plan to return. We had driven more than 1,000 km and arrived exhausted, only to find that the room next door seemed to open straight into ours. The apartments were separated by a door, and it felt awful, like the other guests were in our room. We went down to complain and were given only two choices. One meant paying almost as much again as we'd already paid upfront for the so-called MASTER apartment, which seemed to have nothing but a high price. The other was a lower-grade room, with no refund and no offer to make up for the trouble. We took that one because we didn't want to drive home. Then the shower drain couldn't handle the water and the bathroom flooded like a big pool. If anyone wants more details, they can message me on Instagram.

The inn was very good, and all the staff were polite. Breakfast could use some variety, since the same choices came out every day. Thanks to Rayka, Matheus, João Cleber, Jéssica, Joscelia, and Maria for the service. Maria's red sauce was especially great. I can't remember the names of the breakfast staff, but they gave my son special attention, and that meant a lot.
