I booked in February 2024 and had already paid 50% when I found out in November that my January reservation had been cancelled. That was completely disrespectful to a customer. They said the hotel had changed owners, but I don't think that's a reasonable excuse to leave a guest in the lurch so shortly before the trip.

The sea view and cozy, family-like atmosphere made this a lovely place to stay. The welcome was warm, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the white sheets and towels were well sanitized. Breakfast had a variety of juices and fruit, all prepared with care. This was the fourth time my family and I stayed here. Our hosts Adriana and Hélio were cheerful, good-humored, and attentive every moment. We'll certainly be back.

The rooms have an amazing sea view, and breakfast is simple but really tasty. It's a cozy place with wonderful service, and we felt completely at ease. It's a bit away from the center but close to the best beaches. The pool and leisure area were very pleasant too. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Falésias. The leisure areas and high-quality food were part of a great setup, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us warmly and professionally and did everything they could to make our stay special. We've already started planning another visit, and would recommend it without hesitation.

The spacious room was very clean, breakfast was great, and the view was spectacular. The welcome and service were excellent too, and my family and I were completely satisfied. Prado's center is only 5 km away, about 10 to 15 minutes, so it was a nice mix of convenience and comfort. We'll be back.
