The pool isn't working, which is a shame. The building itself is tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. It's in a great spot in Boa Viagem, close to restaurants, pharmacies, a gas station, markets, bakeries, shops, and the beach.

Good parking and laundry, plus staff who stay alert. The flats also have a good setup, and there's a 24-hour front desk.

We had a great stay with our four-legged son, Shelby 🐶😉, who is always with us. The apartment I stayed in, Kátia's unit 1403, was thoughtfully laid out, comfortable, and clean, just how I like it. Best of all, pets are allowed. The staff at the entrance and elsewhere were polite and attentive. I also made good use of the shared paid Omo laundry service and the Home Market in the lobby, where you can get food and drinks through handy apps. The parking spaces rotate, which I really liked. Fixed spots have been a real headache for me in other places. The location is excellent. Shopping Recife is nearby, and there's a bakery within walking distance for breakfast, along with a small market and a Pague Menos pharmacy right next door. There's a gas station on the next street, plus some great nearby restaurants and bars. The beach at the Castelinho spot is about a 6-8 minute drive. You can swim there, just check that the tide is low so it's calm around the coral. I tried the rooftop pool one day, but unfortunately it was under maintenance. I'd come back. ✌🏻

I wouldn't recommend this condo to anyone. The pool has been out of service for months, and the elevators are always breaking down. The building manager is awful, dishonest, arrogant, and incompetent.
