The staff were friendly, humble, and polite, and I felt very well looked after despite the language barrier. There’s a lot to do here: three pools, including one for kids, a sauna and jacuzzi tub, plus indoor and outdoor activities such as table tennis, video games, seesaws, and swings. The hotel also has large conference halls. The grounds are calming, full of natural beauty and different flowers. I had an amazing stay, and the place seems suited to family holidays, honeymoons, or conferences. Five stars from me.

I stayed for about a week and had a good time. The grounds are lovely, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection. The staff were especially friendly, helpful, and attentive. They even helped arrange the Covid test I needed before flying back to the States. I’ll return!

Everyone treated us kindly, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are decent, though the baby facilities could use improvement. Food was okay, but far too expensive. If you eat only at the hotel, a couple can spend about as much on meals each day as they do on the room.

Watch for the entrance when you’re driving. It’s the only way in and it’s tiny, so slow down about a mile before you arrive or you may miss it. There are different types of rooms, three pools, two open to everyone and one private, and two restaurants. The restaurant attendants were the best I’ve ever seen. The gym is okay. I preferred the restaurant staff to the bar attendants. To me, it’s the best hotel in Ribeirao Preto.
