Ibis Ribeirao Preto Vila do Golf Hotel

I was so disappointed that I checked out early and booked another hotel. The room still hadn’t been done when I got back late on my fourth day, there were no towels, and the hairs were still on the shower walls and drain. I’m bald, by the way. Before that, I’d complained at the front desk three times about the dirty room, mold on the shower curtain, and hairs everywhere. At one point they took away the towels and never replaced them, so I had to go downstairs and use Google Translate to ask for more. Nobody spoke English, except the young man who checked me in. They also hadn’t told me anything about breakfast or the facilities. When I checked out, the front desk employee had to ask a guest who was checking in if she spoke English so she could communicate with me. At first everything seemed fine, but the room wasn’t clean.

Check-in was painfully slow. We arrived late at night with our baby, but they made us fill out all the paperwork before we could go to our rooms. The rooms are tiny, and they didn’t provide enough towels. There was soap but no shampoo. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms are clean, and there’s usually good parking available. It’s practical, though the road nearby can make it a bit noisy.

Fantastic.
