Scammers! Our family stayed at the hotel on March 3-5. We paid for a room for three adults and two children, with a king bed, a safa bed, and a bunk bed for the children. Our children are 13 and 11, and they're different sexes. But the room we got had no bunk bed. When we asked why it didn't match what we'd paid for, the owners said we were making it up and could stay there anyway. There was a tatami mat on the floor instead of a bunk bed, and they provided bedding and pillows for only three people, with sleeping places for just three as well. Reception said the building owners weren't responsible for the conditions they provide. The room doesn't match the photos on booking. Everything is very old and worn out, the towels are faded, and the bed linen has holes. We will never recommend it! The price should match the conditions, and the conditions should match what was paid for. Scammers!

The flat was pleasant and in a good location, and the shower had really warm water. The pool could have been cleaner. I’d stay here again.

The location is good, but the rest of the hotel feels neglected. Our room was very dirty, and the pool and sauna seemed unhygienic. The elevator was being repaired, and the shared areas smelled bad.

The front desk uses facial recognition, and I recommend the place. The flat was very comfortable, with air conditioning in the rooms and a balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room had a sofa, table, and TV. The bedroom was comfortable too, with its own TV.

The staff were multilingual, and their service and information were adequate. The location is the only real plus. The gym was broken, the pool questionable, and cleaning was poor. The elevator was awful, and the garage was bad, Amiga dos Pintores Veicular.
