It's a peaceful, well-kept old building, and it felt both safe and comfortable. The towels and sheets were clean, too.

It seems to be open now. It had a padlock on it in 2025, though. Sorry if I have that wrong. Please check, since I was left unsure.

My husband and I come back every four years to catch up and enjoy seven days of Rock in Rio. It's a simple, cozy, very family-like place, with such sweet hosts and a welcoming, charming atmosphere. We also get to see our new friends again.

The location is really convenient, right by the metro, pharmacies, and supermarkets, and the owner is kind and attentive. The trouble is the very old building and the unclean rooms. Being there felt like being inside a horror movie.

The location is excellent, and there are bathrooms and drinking fountains. The staff are polite and always willing to help. My main gripe was the heat in the rooms: there isn't much airflow, and the fan doesn't do much.
