It's really frustrating to realize people judge others even over the phone. I don't usually book through a website. I research places and then call the establishment, since I change hotels practically every day. I called, and the person who answered asked me a lot of questions. After I said I was traveling for work, they quickly told me there was no availability. But when I went back to the site, it showed a room like the one I'd asked about. I considered booking online, but honestly, I want to stay far away from people like that.
