Pousadinha Copacabana

The street was quiet even though the beach and bars were nearby, so we had a peaceful stay. The location was excellent, with everything close by, and the cleaning was efficient. The whole team was attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived, especially Lucas, who was proactive, polite, and always ready to lend a hand. We had a great experience at Pousadinha Copacabana and would definitely return. I recommend it!

I booked a room for myself, but when I arrived, the owner gave me a room number that was occupied by four people. Then he started making up the same old stories and tried to push me into a dirty, cramped closet that smelled like ire. I lost my money and left. The photos don’t match reality, there’s filth everywhere, and the owner’s word means nothing. It’s a dump, absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen a place this filthy. Avoid it and the owner like the plague!

The bed sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, the carpet seemed to have a history of its own, and the room had a strange smell. The breakfast was a sad joke: hard bread, butter that seemed like cheap margarine, and coffee that tasted far too watered down. At night, there was noise the whole time, maybe a party, construction, or a motor that wouldn’t switch off; I don’t know. I slept on high alert. The bathroom tap leaked, and the shower curtain was dirtier than my bad memories. They charge for everything, or for nothing, and still put on fake smiles. Nobody was available to help or sort anything out, and they looked at me as if I’d asked for the solar system as a gift. What a huge disappointment. I left counting the minutes until I could forget I’d been there. I wouldn’t recommend even walking past.

The photos don’t show what the rooms are really like. They were awful: the air conditioner was in terrible shape, the ceiling fan looked ready to fall, the bedding was horrible, the mattresses were full of holes, and the TV had a problem. I don’t recommend it.
