The kids had plenty of room to roam and ride their bikes, and there was lots for them to do, from the farm animals and rabbit feeding to kayaking, horseback rides, carriage rides, and bicycles. The place is lovely, clean, cozy, and very well kept, with really comfortable beds. The children felt at ease there. The staff made a big difference. Carol, now the manager, was attentive and organized at reception. Biruta was wonderful with the children during the holiday, and Linda, who's always at the farm, was so warm and fun that my daughter already misses her. Raquel, Nathalie, Suelen, and Diva were all cheerful, polite, and ready to help. Diva also gave an incredible massage. Chico, the farm dog, won everyone over too. We went as a family, my husband Tiago, Maitê, Augusto, and me. I also ran into my dear friend Raíssa from Timóteo, which made the stay even nicer. It was a delicious holiday, thoughtfully organized from start to finish. We’d love to come back. The food was carefully prepared, even though there wasn’t a huge selection. Dinner was à la carte, with dishes made to order, including risotto, pasta, and a delicious pizza. The table was beautifully set with glasses and placemats, and a different decoration each day. There was also a tasty barbecue with live music. Breakfast was well organized, with à la carte options, tapioca, and cheese cooked on the griddle to order. At night, warm kids’ meals were always available, including filet mignon, fries, pasta, rice, beans, and sometimes breaded fish. That was especially helpful for a family trip.

The place is beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and the party we came for was lovely. But the booking was described as all inclusive, and we were charged separately for water, soda, and sparkling water. It felt like they cared more about money than people. There was a pizza buffet, but it wasn’t brought around often enough, and lots of people were left hungry. We booked two nights, which should have included two lunches, but we only got one. They said the last day’s meal was a brunch. The whole experience felt very greedy, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting.

The event itself was wonderful, and the farm is attractive and well cared for. Most of the staff were attentive, too. My negative review is really a protest about what felt like endless greed. Everything costs extra, it’s all expensive, and none of it seems worth the price. I’ve stayed at farm hotels that were nicer, had better food, and cost less. When people questioned the event charges during the booking, they were told there were plenty of others who would take their place if they didn’t want it. That came across as though the place felt untouchable. I’m saying what I can here. The event was lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend going just for the farm.

The room was good, the reception was nice, and everything looked lovely. The food arrangement was the problem: I paid for two nights, then was told on the second day that lunch wasn’t included, so two nights came with just one lunch. They said there’d be brunch instead of lunch that day, but the breakfast on the first day was exactly the same as the second. It left me feeling they cared more about profit than people.
