The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the place itself is lovely. Our rooms were neat and clean, and all the meals were very good. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful, especially the restaurant waiters Joao Paulo, Cairo and Ana, who gave us excellent attention. The front desk staff were also very kind and did their best to help. When we visited two years ago, dinner had a dress code. This time people were wearing shorts and there didn’t seem to be one. I think the hotel should keep a dress code for supper.

The room was fantastic, and the atmosphere made for a great stay at the Rio Quente Cristal Resort. Felipe was one of the friendly staff members who went above and beyond to make sure I had great service. Being able to access the hot park and other amenities made it worthwhile.

The room service was wonderful, and the menu was excellent. I was very happy with the hotel’s service; everyone was so nice and welcoming, especially Maria Silva at the hotel’s restaurant.

The food is really good, and we always have a relaxing, quality stay here. It’s a great hotel within the amazing Rio Quente Resort’s complex. During the day, you can exercise in the pools with the Boto team, so check the schedules.
