Veredas do Rio Quente

Such a cozy place, with just the right amount of room for a family. Really recommend it!

Our stay at Parque Veredas Flat Service was terrible, both in my room and my daughter’s. It was my first time there, so I didn’t know we had to bring our own linens. Ls Imóveis offered to rent us a full set, but what arrived was outrageous. We got in late and found used, unwashed sheets in the package. The pillows were yellowed, moldy, and smelled awful. The blanket and pillowcases were filthy, and although the bed was a double, they sent a single top sheet. In my room, 308, we were freezing. It got down to 13°C outside that night, and the air conditioner jammed and wouldn’t turn off. The only way to shut it down was to pull the card from the main power socket, which cut all electricity to the room. The blanket provided smelled so bad I couldn’t use it. I had to sleep in warm clothes, couldn’t rest, and woke at 03:40 with a bad headache that needed medication. My daughter and her husband were in a first-floor room that was just as neglected. Their towels were dirty and had stains and hair on them. There wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathroom, and they were given only one single blanket for a couple. The place provides no comfort or basic hygiene for guests. We recorded our dissatisfaction with the service from Ls Imóveis at the condominium. Stay date: 12.05.26. Park Veredas Flat Service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
