I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was good, with a spacious room and a comfortable bed, and breakfast was good too. It’s served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Some of the bath towels could use replacing.

A terrible choice. The person in charge, Manuel, was extremely rude and impolite, with no people skills at all. The accommodation was awful. The room smelled of mold, the bed was bad, and the bed linen was terrible. The towels were dirty and old, some even torn. The bathroom was dirty too, and the floor cloth was worse. It was almost 2 a.m. and we still couldn't sleep because music was blaring from the gas station right across the street. I asked to cancel the reservation so we could go to another hotel, but the staff member said there was no money in the cash register to refund me, even though I’d paid in cash when I booked. What was meant to be a peaceful family weekend turned into a nightmare. We hadn’t even made it to breakfast yet to give the place a full assessment.

The noise outside made a restful night impossible. Dozens of people gathered at the gas station and convenience store across from the hotel through the early morning, playing very loud Pancadão music. I complained to staff, but nothing effective was done. The service and breakfast were disappointing too, and the facilities felt poorly maintained with inadequate cleaning. A terrible stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.
