For the price, it was a decent stay. I liked the staff's hospitality, the location, breakfast, and shared spaces like the kitchen and lobby. The room and bathroom were both tiny, with no natural light or ventilation. The small window looked into the pousada's pantry, and you could hear every noise from the common areas. There was also water dripping from the ceiling, even though it hadn't rained. I told a staff member, who said she'd take care of it. On Booking, the accommodation replied that I should have looked at the photos to understand the drawbacks. But you can't tell these things from photos alone. They're never going to show the downsides of the pousada, are they?

The hosts were so humble, friendly, and helpful. They supported us with everything, and we really felt at home. The place was beautiful, clean, and well organized, with a delicious breakfast too. The location was excellent, and I highly recommend it. I was there with two friends last month, after we'd spent several days in Chapada and then gone to Salvador. This stay was the finishing touch that made the whole trip feel perfect. Thank you!

We left already planning to come back to Pousada Manzuá. Rita's warm welcome and friendly manner made our stay even better, and the service overall was wonderful. We truly felt at home. Breakfast was very tasty, and the location is excellent, close to the lighthouse, a market, a shopping mall, and bars. I highly recommend it.

The pousada is beautiful, but the service felt weak for the price and location. The owner kept making indirect comments about not turning on the air conditioning and eating less at breakfast. She also unloads her personal problems on guests. I went all the way to Bahia, and didn't expect to hear about other people's problems. It's unfortunate. The owner should take a manners course.

The pousada is in a perfect spot, near the beach and city sights like Farol da Barra, the Porto, and Morro do Cristo. There's also a mall, supermarket, bars, and restaurants around, so you can get everywhere on foot. The place was pleasant and everything was arranged with lots of care. I felt completely at home during my stay, and I already know where I'll stay on my next trip to Salvador.
