We rented apartments 202 and 203 through Booking and were treated with a lot of disrespect. The window doors wouldn't lock, and when we told them, the Salvador Flatz agency mocked us over WhatsApp even though we just wanted to feel safe and at ease. We have screenshots of the conversation. The pool wasn't working, so we asked for a discount and have photos of that too. The person called us “your broke ass,” which is no way to treat a customer.

It's a good building, but the parking spaces are extremely tight. Don't even consider it if you're driving a large car.
