The pool area is nice, and the porters are generally kind. The apartments are decent, though I did see ants and roaches. The administrator can be rude and disrespectful when she’s in a bad mood. There are two different outlooks: one side has a view but no balcony, while the east side has balconies but faces a building under construction, so expect noise and no view.

Everything was beautifully decorated, airy, very clean, and so well organized. A wonderful condo. I’ll be back soon.

A tip about Blue Barra: the apartments with balconies face the morning sun and get plenty of ventilation. The ones without balconies face the afternoon sun and are less airy. Blue Barra is top notch!
