Condominio Terrazzo Ondina

The apartment and pool at Condomínio Terrazzo Ondina were fantastic, but my stay was badly affected by the administrator, Isabelle. In more than 20 days of traveling around Brazil, she was the rudest person I met. At reception, Isabelle was dismissive from our first meeting. She didn't acknowledge me, greet me, or thank me for opening the door. Her attitude kept getting worse as the stay went on. I once needed a simple tool and went to her office. The door was shut, so I knocked. She shouted “open” without getting up or acknowledging my greeting when I came in. When I explained what I needed, she yelled that “this is not a hotel” and told me to buy the tool or ask the landlord. I thanked her politely, but she ignored me completely. On checkout day, I saw her sitting by the entrance. I still greeted her and said thank you despite how things had gone. She looked at me and didn't respond. It was a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. It's a shame, because the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly, and some reception team members were helpful, depending on who you spoke to. Isabelle's rude, arrogant, unprofessional behavior left a lasting bad impression. She shouldn't be in a customer-facing role and should seriously rethink how she treats people, or be replaced.
