The owners are friendly and helpful. They reply promptly and answer questions, and the place is run in a practical, honest way. There isn't a reception desk: your key is in the room when you arrive, and you get a code to enter the property and access your room. There's also a small shop where guests can take what they need and pay by Pix. It's a simple but cozy, quiet place in a good part of Salvador, with quick access to the beach in Itapuã. The nightly rate isn't too high. The rooms are clean, and the TV, minibar, air conditioning, and shower all worked. WiFi was fast. Shared spaces include a kitchen with cupboards, fridge, microwave, and stove, plus tables and sofas that guests can use anytime, as long as they keep things clean, tidy, and quiet. That's fair. I got complimentary little bottles of water and a map of useful nearby places, including markets and restaurants, which I thought was great. You can cancel and get your deposit back if you do so at least a week ahead. I'd easily stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a good place for a few days in the capital of Bahia.

The terrace with its hammock was lovely, and the common areas felt colorful, welcoming, and well organized. The owners are one of a kind ❤️❤️❤️, always available and "mirror-like." Much love. I spent 20 days in Brazil and stayed here just three nights, but these were easily the most comfortable of the whole trip. It's a pousada, not a hotel or expensive apartment, yet the room was clean, well kept, quiet, and organized. The bed was huge with a comfortable mattress, and the air conditioning was new and quiet.

It was cheap, cozy, and well located, with great service. I was there for only five hours, but had time for a swim at the beach and a delicious meal at the restaurant next door. I hope to come back and stay longer next time.

We stayed on 04/06/2025 as a couple. The price was fair, and the location was good, though the room could use some improvement. I wanted to visit the famous Praia de Itapuã, and the pousada is very well placed for that. It's right by the square and Casa di Vina, where Vinicius de Moraes lived. Online service was excellent, while the in-person service was okay. There's a kitchen we didn't use, but it's handy if you're handling your own meals. The room, bed, and bathroom were okay. There's a little balcony advertised as having a sea view, but you can't really enjoy the view, and it was quite dirty.
