I came to Salvador needing a quiet little spot to recharge on my own, and found just that here. It’s cozy and comfortable, with a smart layout, a great location, and an incredible view over the city. I hope it’s available the next time I’m in town.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the price was great. The place was clean and perfectly located, close to the shopping mall, wholesale store, and other spots. Congratulations, and see you soon! 👏

The building is a little old, but it’s in good shape. The views are nice, and it’s well ventilated. Most of the apartments are furnished, and rents are among the lowest in the area. The condo fee is also below average, even with daily housekeeping included. There’s controlled garage access and reception staff too. I think it works very well.

I stayed at Ana Regis in January 2025. The apartment was well equipped and located, and had a great view, but there were problems that would keep me from booking again. The bathroom smelled awful, so I had to buy cleaning products. We couldn’t use the pool during our stay. Every day there was a different excuse, and they even removed the ladder so nobody could get in. They said the water was being treated, though nobody was using it. The pool also had no lights at night. We were told we could swim until 10 pm, but the actual cutoff is 5 pm, and even then we couldn’t use it. The woman who runs the building was always in a bad mood, though the man on night reception was consistently polite.
