The location made it easy to reach Mercado de Artesanato, with shops and places to eat along the way. We found the hostel clean, with friendly, accommodating staff and a wonderful breakfast. It’s also very reasonably priced and worked well for a short stay in Salvador. I’d consider staying here again if I return.

The terrace view across historic Salvador during breakfast is breathtaking. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a five-minute walk from the city center and great value for money.

Excellent location, a nice breakfast, and great service. Fabiana was especially kind and helpful to me.

Pousada Bahia Morena is gorgeous, and it carries a little of the beauty people have long written about in the Historic Center, in the works of Jorge Amado and Adonias Filho. The terrace has one of the loveliest views in Cidade da Bahia. Seu Roberto is a sweetheart, so kind and helpful, and Fabiana in the kitchen is lovely too. What a place!

The staff were so polite, kind, helpful, and attentive. They gave us full support, explaining the area and tourist spots as soon as we arrived, including prices and tips on how to prepare for visiting. The inn is simple but really cozy, and the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. I recommend it without hesitation, so book with confidence.
