Restaurants, markets, clothing and shoe shops, pharmacies, and other services are only a few meters away, and it’s easy to get around the city from here. The price was reasonable, but I don’t think it was worth it, and the service was poor. The visual pollution gave me a migraine. There were cockroaches everywhere, and a bad smell that was likely from an infestation made me nauseous. I wouldn’t stay here with children or recommend it to families. I’m relieved I spent only a few hours there and didn’t stay overnight.

Claudia welcomed me so warmly. The rooms are basic but clean, the price is very good, and I had everything I needed. It’s easy to reach the center by bus, and Claudia arranges day trips for a fair price. You can also get the best natural guaraná of Santarém here!

It’s cheap and works for a night’s stopover. The room makes a difference, though. If you’re on the second floor, you have to walk through four doors, opening and locking them, before you get to the bathroom. And it’s hot.
