The room is pretty standard and has limited amenities, but the high-speed internet is a real plus. It works really well for video calls and streaming. The restaurant is convenient, and I had a great breakfast buffet. They also make pizzas at night, which is a nice extra.

Everyone was so welcoming, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I also got to meet João from the kitchen, who was amazing and really friendly. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant!

The rooms are kept in good shape and are very clean. Wi-Fi works well for browsing, but the TV freezes every time I try to use a streaming service. Parking is valet, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're not comfortable leaving your car with someone else. The online check-in is terrible and doesn't work.

The only nice staff I encountered were the room service employees. The reception staff were unprofessional. My room was missing a lot: tissues, face towels, a coffee maker, utensils, a cup, a microwave, and other basics. The shower took forever to get hot, and the bedding and towels were stained. Breakfast wasn't included, and even though I paid for it, I had to give my room number every morning. The pastries were burned, the dishes had no labels, there wasn't much fruit, and there was no vegan food at all. The same room and breakfast problems were repeated in my review.

The room is good, but the breakfast menu is the same every day. The coffee machine doesn't work properly every day, and not all the receptionists speak English. For me, Hotel Ibis Santo Andre is only good for a stay of one or two days.
