Pousada Chale Luiz

The service was exceptional from my first contact and continued even after my stay. They take very good care of their guests. My cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and cozy, and breakfast was prepared with a lot of care. My experience exceeded my expectations by a lot. I'd recommend the inn and would gladly return.

Our stay at Chalé Hidro Master was wonderful from start to finish. The cottage was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great shower, and the surroundings offered a peaceful break from the rush of SP. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive from arrival through checkout. Breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was fresh, and there was also a delicious afternoon spread of cakes, cookies, coffee, and tea. The evening before checkout, we were treated to a lovely sweet fondue. Thanks to the whole inn team. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay.

The breakfast was a highlight, varied, delicious, and clearly made with care. The staff were professional, kind, and ready to help throughout our stay. At Pousada Chalé Luiz, the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made the whole visit pleasant. I had a very positive experience, and I'd recommend the inn to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and peace. I plan to return.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and the heated indoor pool was always clean and pleasant. The owners also gave us great suggestions for lunch and dinner, which added a lot to our stay. Staff were attentive and very polite, and both the room and bathroom were spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent and generous, especially the warm sourdough bread baked right at the inn. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.
