Pousada Pinhalense

The standout here is the personal welcome. Cassiana, Lúcia, and Fátima, thank you for all the kindness, attention to detail, and friendly care. You made us feel looked after, not just hosted, and the service deserves five stars. Pousada Pinhalense is charming, cozy, and a lovely place to unwind. Everything was exceptionally clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained. We’ll definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

The view is incredible, and the inn is just beside the town center. Breakfast had lots of options and was all well prepared. The staff were very attentive, especially Fátima, who was friendly and so helpful. The place is beautiful, and I’ll definitely come back.

The garden around the breakfast area and outside is lovely, right beside a lookout. The inn itself is on a scenic lookout too, though the access road isn't great for a short stretch. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. I’d recommend the place and would return. We stayed just one day, unfortunately, while coming back from Campos do Jordão and visiting Santo Antônio do Pinhal. The welcome was quick, and the room was good and spacious, if a little basic, which felt fair for the price. The shower had strong water pressure and got properly hot despite the very cold weather, and the bath towels were great. I slept well, though the large bed seemed worn and sagged a little when we lay down. The pillowcases had marks that looked either like they hadn't been washed or like heavy-use stains, and the blanket had several small holes. It might be time to replace them. The TV looked like a 32-inch set with SKY, but only the open channels worked.

It’s simple, but everything is good quality. The towels, bathrobes, sheets, and comforter were all new. The decor is very nice, and breakfast was basic but served on the veranda, where you can enjoy the nature around you. It’s also very close to the town center, which is a big help.
