Refúgio dos pinhais

The view from the chalet is beautiful, and with some improvements I’d recommend it. But the stay wasn’t pleasant for my family. The cleaning fell short: the only pillows were the decorative ones from the bedspread, they smelled used, and there were no spare pillowcases. There was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom whenever water was used, and spiders were on the ceiling and throughout the kitchen cabinet in the chalet. There were wasp nests on the porch, so I had to keep the chalet completely shut to stop them coming in. Trucks passed in front of it all day, too. The nightly rate felt high given all this. I’ve stayed in many similarly priced places that included breakfast and were spotlessly clean.
