Hotel Alto da Boa Vista

We spent a pleasant few hours here for lunch on Carnival Sunday in 2026, when there was a music matinee. The homemade food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel Alto da Boa Vista sits on a large, tree-filled property with lots of birds, in the pleasant little town of Analândia, which has leisure options of its own. It’s well organized and clean, though not luxurious. There’s plenty of parking, 13 rooms, free Wi-Fi, breakfast, a good-sized pool, a bar/lounge, and toys for children. They also make their own good craft beer. A nice choice for families or groups of friends.

We had a fantastic stay, with a very comfortable bed and a covered spot for the car right behind the room, which was really convenient. Everyone looked after us so well. The pool and the other hotel areas were very clean, and there are several fruit trees on the property. Even the soap, conditioner, and shampoo were excellent quality. And breakfast was wonderful.

The kids could watch the rabbits and cockatiel, and there’s a little playground with a slackline for them. There are also pitanga and jabuticaba trees, so you can pick and eat the fruit right there. A nice breakfast, too. The place feels welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The pool was great, and the air conditioning in the rooms was quiet. Breakfast stood out for its breads and sweets made on site, especially the Italian bread. Friendly service, too. A really pleasant place to stay.
