We stayed from Friday through Monday, and on Saturday night another guest hit our car in the hotel's camera-monitored parking lot and drove off without saying anything. We reported it at reception, and they asked supervisor Lucas to check the footage. On Monday morning, when we checked out, Lucas showed us the video confirming the collision. It showed an older couple with two teenagers, whom I recognized from the breakfast table beside ours. The hotel wouldn't send us the footage or the driver's details or contact information. They said the matter had been passed to director Silvio, who would get in touch with the information. Ten days have now passed with no response. We emailed asking for the vehicle and guest details, and were told they're still deciding whether they'll provide them. The hotel gave us very little support. I can't recommend staying here.

The room was clean and tidy, and the windows really kept outside noise out. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The building feels old and needs renovations, and the bathroom maintenance could be better: the mirror was slightly cracked and there were black mold stains on the ceiling. Still, it was a very good stay for the price. I recommend it.

I've stayed here before because of the location and nearby conveniences, including the bus station, restaurants, snack bars, and supermarkets. This time one of the bath towels had a strange smell, as if it hadn't been washed or dried properly. I also thought charging 35.00 for a two-hour late checkout was unreasonable. Even so, it's a good place to stay in São Carlos for its location and cleanliness.

The noise from the avenue made it impossible to close my eyes and rest in room 210. I asked management to spend ten minutes there at night and see whether anyone could sleep in that madhouse. It's completely unhealthy and deeply disrespectful to guests paying for even basic rest. I asked to switch rooms, but they rejected the request. Don't stay here.

The price and location are good, and breakfast was pleasant. A few changes could make this a five-star stay. There should be a clear way to contact reception from the room, and information on the outlet voltage would help too. The old air conditioner is noisy and difficult to set. I know replacement isn't cheap, but they could change at least one per month, per room.
