The breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh. The location is said to be 100 meters from the beach, which felt misleading. We could see the beach from the window, though. The apartment had no air conditioning, a window facing the corridor where guests walk by, and a TV with a black stripe across the screen. They don’t change the sheets or towels. There was nowhere to hang a towel or even a bikini, no proper bedside counter by the low sink, no closet or suitable place for suitcases, and not even hangers. When we asked for an outlet to charge the car, they said there wasn’t one. There was no minibar, and nothing cold to drink was offered. There was only one shared kitchen, and nothing nearby to buy a cold drink without taking the car. Reception closed at 8 p.m. with no service afterward. At 8, they switched off the lights and left us sitting on the veranda in the dark. I messaged on WhatsApp to ask about the inn, just wanting to check that my reservation was okay. I was told that since I’d booked through Booking, I’d have to contact Booking for information. We couldn’t get through to Booking, and to our surprise, the reservation was canceled on the day we arrived. We had to make another booking on the road. The inn kept checking from time to time whether we were coming, which caused stress before we arrived. They even kept asking for a photo of the person on the documents and contact details for the person who made the reservation. We needed to leave a day early and asked for a refund, but they refused. I also asked for breakfast over WhatsApp and didn’t get a reply.

The host is incredible, truly a wonderful person blessed by God. I can only be grateful for every day I spent there. I’ve never been anywhere so spectacular. The inn is marvelous, and I highly recommend it. The best inn.

Our host Val and her husband are wonderful people. This was one of the most welcoming places I’ve ever visited, and it went beyond what I expected. I highly recommend it.
