Loved it 👍

The owner gave us an awful welcome and came across as arrogant. The room was extremely basic, with no bathroom door, a toilet that wouldn't flush, and not even a blanket provided. The room door opened outward, which was ridiculous. The listing was misleading: we rented one thing and were given something else. How can anyone rent out a tiny room like that?

We were met with rude service, and the room available wasn't the one shown in the listing. When we asked about it, we were told that was all they had, a tiny space at the back of the owner's own house. The other rooms were occupied and wouldn't be free until the next day. There was no courtesy, ethics, or respect for guests.

The staff were a ten out of ten. The accommodations are simple, but clean and cozy, and breakfast was really tasty. I highly recommend it.

Such a great place, with a family feel and a wonderful atmosphere. They take great care with everything. I loved it. Maristela is like a super mom, and sylvam is like a dad. A thousand out of a thousand!
