The views from the chalet are surreal at any time, from sunrise and sunset to São Joaquim’s lights at night. It sits high on a hill at 1,404m, looking toward the city on one side and Serra Catarinense on the others. The location is hard to beat, about a 5-minute drive from the historic center, with easy access to town, the many nearby wineries, and São Joaquim’s excellent restaurants, with choices for all tastes. The chalet is set up thoughtfully, with everything needed to cook or order delivery. The decor is quietly luxurious, with quality towels and bedding like those in 5-star hotels. The bathroom is fully equipped, there’s hot and cold water, air conditioning for summer, excellent internet, and good bath products. My chalet even had a bathtub in the bedroom beside a window overlooking Serra Catarinense. It was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the romantic scenery. I highly recommend it and will certainly tell others who want to enjoy São Joaquim in comfort. Congratulations to the owners!
