The service was wonderful, with a friendly and helpful team, and the location is excellent. I have two suggestions: add a desk or at least a work surface in the room, and put some kind of damper on the doors to cut down on the banging in the morning and at night. Otherwise, a very good hotel.

I always stay at hotels in the Klein Ville chain and feel at home there. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and housekeeping gets top marks. Breakfast feels thoughtfully prepared, and all the staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The rooms feel luxurious, and the service was excellent. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted great. I highly recommend it.

We had no water in the rooms at night on two nights in a row. At over 600,00 per night, that just isn’t fair. The check-in process was poor and slow. The attendants were quite friendly, but the facilities let them down, and the room didn’t have a desk for work. A disappointing experience.

The hotel is great, and the service is too. Breakfast is the one thing they need to improve.
