The room was clean and the air conditioning worked, and the staff were attentive. It was quite small, though, and there’s no phone in the room to reach reception, which made it harder to get in touch. Breakfast was a real letdown. The cakes were store-bought, the papaya was chopped with its seeds still in and had mold, and some of the apples in the fruit bowl were moldy too. The cheese bread was low quality and industrially made. Eggs, ham, cheese, and sausages were left uncovered with flies around them, which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. The strawberry “danone” seemed to be made with whey, and the water for tea was dirty. With better breakfast and more care around food hygiene, the experience could have been much better.

The room was clean, but so cramped that it really affected comfort. Breakfast was the worst part: spoiled fruit, packaged cake, very watered-down juice, and dark water for tea. There were also lots of mosquitoes flying around and landing on the food, with nothing covering it. The whole experience was disappointing and felt unhygienic.
