The location was perfect for sightseeing, the area had lots of tourists and police, and I felt completely safe walking around. The staff were nice, and the place is cute. I booked it in São Luís by choice, to be honest, but the nights were incredibly rough. A bar behind the hostel played loud music late into the night. When I asked the front desk to move me, they said the music would stop soon. My bed in the room was rock hard and very uncomfortable. If you can, avoid room 7.

We were treated really well, made comfortable, and they took care of all my requests. The space was airy and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and nice-smelling towels. Breakfast was good and fair, with carbs, protein, fruit, and juices. I loved my stay and will be back!

I arrived alone late at night with a reservation, but they had no record of it. Because of their incompetence, I was nearly left homeless at 2 a.m. The staff were extremely rude and incompetent, unlike anyone I've dealt with before. The room was in a deplorable state, with dampness and a dirty AC filter. Absolutely avoid this place.

I think it was the owner, and she was very rude. There was so much light in the rooms that sunlight came in through what was practically a hole in the ceiling. An absurd situation. They changed our beds without asking, then put a cat in our room and locked it in there. When we got back, it had peed on the clothes of the guy sharing the room with me.

Horrible, such a bad experience. The service was lacking, hygiene was poor, and breakfast was bad. I have nothing good to say about the time I spent there.
