Robledo and Nadja, the owners, were wonderful hosts. They suggested local guides and didn't charge commission for it, which is unusual in the area. Their focus is on good service, and they deliver. Fabiano, the jangadeiro who takes people to the local pools, was lovely too, and happy to tell stories about his fishing experiences. The pousada itself was great, super clean, with a lovely pool area and several hammocks for napping, enjoying the breeze or reading. Breakfast was incredible and traditional, with fruit, bread, cakes and lots of delicious northeastern food. Well worth the visit!

The owners gave us a warm welcome. The pousada has a cozy, rustic style, and our room was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was generous and had a nice variety.

A little old and could use some maintenance, but it's comfortable and in a really good spot, close to the restaurants and beach. The thing that made the biggest difference to our stay was Mr. Robledo's attentive, thoughtful service. I'd recommend it to people who aren't fussy.

We booked a tour there as well. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The breakfast deserves a special mention, plentiful and made with quality ingredients. Better than breakfast at many hotels. A big hug to Mr. Robledo and Dona Nadja.
