Pousada Porto Milagres

We had a lovely stay with my husband and son. The location was great, with the beach nearby and a market, pharmacy, and snack spots right across from the pousada. Our host welcomed us warmly. The room was cozy and spotless, with clean bedding and towels, strong air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi throughout, and a shower that got properly hot. Breakfast was delicious. We recommend it!

A gentle ten-minute walk takes you to the beach through lovely streets lined with little shops and natural beauty. The pousada is right in the center, close to markets, pharmacies, shops, bakeries, and restaurants, and we were charmed by the place. We’ll come back as soon as we can. The room was perfect: very clean, dark and quiet, with powerful air conditioning, a strong shower, a rack for wet clothes, and a really comfortable bed with spotless, soft linens and towels. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices, especially the wonderful dulce de leche pastry. The price was incredible, and breakfast was far more generous than at big hotels. Sra. Ana and her staff were amazing and did everything to make us happy.

It’s a simple pousada, but good value for the money and in a convenient location. There’s air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the bedding and towels were so clean and bright. I liked the breakfast overall, though I didn’t find it as generous as some other reviews suggest. There were cakes and pies, but I missed the usual pousada breakfast staples like sliced bread, requeijão, and hot milk. There was just one natural juice option.

Ana is such a lovely person, and she and Ronaldo did everything to make us feel at home. The pousada is very good value, with air-conditioned rooms and nice bathrooms. Everything was spotless and well organized, and breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely return.
