The room was nice, and I'd give it five stars on its own, though the bed was a bit short at 180cm and about 120(?) wide. The neighborhood was the problem: lots of homeless people and addicts, and I felt it was unsafe to go out both during the day and after dark.

It's in the same building as 360 Suites, on a very steep hill. There is security.

This was easily the worst experience I've had with an accommodation company. At check-in, the room was dirty: the bed was messy, dishes were in the sink, and the bathroom was wet. A housekeeper showed up five minutes later and said she'd clean quickly. I said okay and went to lunch. When I got back, there was an old soap in the bathroom, a scratched-up sheet, and an old curtain. There was no stove or basic kitchen gear, and despite the place being for two people, there was just one cup and one plate. The bins had no liners, and there was no squeegee, broom, or floor cloth. I contacted support on WhatsApp about all of this. They said they'd pass it to the responsible department. The next morning, I opened the balcony door and it came crashing down. Luckily I caught it enough to soften the impact, since my little dog was on the balcony. I hurt my leg in the accident and still have bruises. I told support right away; they said they'd urgently send a technician, but after waiting 30 minutes with no one arriving, I contacted them again. They offered to move me, which I accepted because I couldn't stay with a broken door. This was around 12:30 or 13:00, and they said they'd let me know when the other accommodation was ready. I was left there with the broken door in cold, rainy, very windy weather. I finally moved at 15:20. At the new place, the bathroom smelled strongly, the cup and saucer were greasy and dirty, and basic utensils were scarce again. I asked support what they would do about everything that had happened. Once more, they said they'd check with a supervisor, and nothing came of it. The only offer was to extend checkout from 12:00 to 13:00. The company didn't show concern or provide assistance. Then, after I'd checked out and was finally in another accommodation, they messaged me on WhatsApp telling me to check out and be understanding because I was making things difficult. Can you believe it? Luckily, I have everything recorded and have sent it all to my lawyer. I DO NOT recommend them. Keep an eye out, because they're also on Airbnb. If you see the host 123quartos.com, RUN!

The condo itself is nicely kept and has what look like good pool and gym facilities, though I didn't use them. The location is convenient for getting around and near Liberdade, but avoid walking around Praça da Sé. It's very dirty, full of homeless people, and felt unsafe. The room is tiny, more like a hotel room, and only suitable for a short stay, two days at most. There's nothing to clean it with after that. Mine was very dirty, with mold in the bathroom and dried soap from the previous guest stuck to the shower stall. I asked twice for cleaning and no one came, so I gave up. The shower stall is extremely small and has nowhere to put shampoo or soap. You only get one towel per person, whatever the length of your stay. There's a “kitchen,” but it only has a sandwich press, microwave, and capsule coffee maker, so you can't really cook much. There are almost no utensils, just one set of plates, cups, a spoon, and a table knife. There's only one chair to sit on.
