VN Vergueiro is in a great location. It felt safe and comfortable, and the view at night was beautiful. We’re locals, but even so, it would be hard to find a hotel that suited us this well. I highly recommend it. Rua Vergueiro, 1009, Liberdade, São Paulo – SP, 01504-001, Brazil

The staff in the building were extremely kind, and overall it was a great place to stay. The apartment was small but thoughtfully designed and comfortable. There were a few bothersome details: my unit was 1915, but the TV connection was linked to 1816. The internet in 1915 fluctuated depending on what I was watching, which wasn't much fun. At certain hours in the early morning, the air conditioner seemed to do its own thing. I also didn't feel the gap between my balcony and the adjoining room's balcony was very safe.

The location worked really well, close to restaurants, shops, and a metro station. The Airbnb was lovely and brand new, with lots of shared spaces. I especially liked the rooftop view and pool, and the gym had a great view of Avenida Paulista. There's a 24-hour front desk, three elevators, a shared kitchen, full laundry facilities, and a well-stocked 24-hour mini market. There was even a DJ for New Year's without an extra charge!
